Riverside Walk — Luxury Apartments

Project Overview
A boutique development of four luxury riverside apartments on a challenging infill plot beside the River Can. Each apartment features engineered oak parquet flooring, Bulthaup kitchens, full-height glazing overlooking the river and private balconies with glass balustrades. The building achieved an EPC A rating through MVHR ventilation, air-source heat pumps and 120mm external wall insulation.
Obstacles We Overcame
Flood zone 3 site required extensive Environment Agency negotiation. Limited site access between an existing building and the river wall.
How We Solved It
Designed a reinforced concrete raft foundation with flood-resilient ground floor construction. All materials delivered via a single-lane access with just-in-time scheduling to avoid storage issues.
